Florida Fruit & Yogurt Trifle

Yield 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 loaf pound cake or 4 medium sized muffins (your favorite flavor), cubed
  • 2 cups fresh Florida fruit (strawberries, blueberries, tropical fruit)
  • 2 cups low fat vanilla (or your favorite flavor) yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Florida honey
  • 1 oz of dark or mild chocolate, grated

Preparation

In four mason jars or any other food storage device, layer trifle ingredients in an alternating fashion. Seal lid tightly and keep cold until time to serve.
