I just tried this recipe and it is wonderful. Justin, do you have any great recipes for using Mangos (one of my favorite fruits) other than in a salsa as I already have several of those? I would love some new ideas on how to incorporate mangos in my cooking. Also, do you have a smoothie or juice recipe using mangos? Thanks
Kathie, thanks for the post. There are many applications for mangoes in sweet and savory dishes. Please visit http://www.thefloridachef.com for more recipes and cooking inspirations.
I would have never thought of this! Going to try it this weekend.
Nice work Justin.
This recipe is really good.
I love fresh Florida avocado and smoothies/milkshakes.
