My family loves this meal. I like to put sliced sweet onion on the bottom of the package, add a very large 80/20 ground beef patty (we call it hamburger steak), mushrooms, steak sauce, potatoes, minced garlic, olive oil and top with more sliced onion. The onion caramelizes while cooking and all that goes into the meat and potatoes. I fix at home and it's a really easy first night meal. Works just a well in an oven. A nice whitefish like catfish or tilapia with lemon slices, veggies and seasonings works great too.
