Chad said his old roommate used to make this all the time in college, but Pam’s dutch oven recipe has got him beat. 

Yield 6-8 servings

Ingredients

  • 1lb pre-cooked ground beef
  • 2 cans of gravy
  • 1 can of corn
  • Pre-cooked mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Preparation

  1. Add ground beef to dutch oven
  2. Add gravy to ground beef & mix together
  3. Layer corn on top for ground beef & gravy
  4. Layer mashed potatoes on top of corn
  5. Cook for 45 minutes
  6. Add cheese
  7. Cook until cheese is melted (a couple of minutes)
