Chad said his old roommate used to make this all the time in college, but Pam’s dutch oven recipe has got him beat.
Yield 6-8 servings
Ingredients
- 1lb pre-cooked ground beef
- 2 cans of gravy
- 1 can of corn
- Pre-cooked mashed potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Preparation
- Add ground beef to dutch oven
- Add gravy to ground beef & mix together
- Layer corn on top for ground beef & gravy
- Layer mashed potatoes on top of corn
- Cook for 45 minutes
- Add cheese
- Cook until cheese is melted (a couple of minutes)
