Season 2
Season 1
Marine Life Encounter / Alligator Encounter
This episode gets you right the face of some of Florida’s most revered creatures. First, we head to Key Largo as Chad meets up with Captain Slate, who takes us on a diving trip and feeds sharks, eels and giant groupers. Sounds dangerous? The man feeds a barracuda names Psycho out of his mouth, we’re in good hands. Then it’s an experience of a scaly variety- a trip to one of Florida’s oldest alligator farms in St. Augustine and Chad jumps in the gator pit and learns that that’s not the sound of a car door slamming – Chomp! Don’t tell the gators, Chef Justin’s recipe this week is Citrus Glazed Gator ribs!
