Forget amusement parks and hokey city tours, how to Do florida’s second season is packed with breathtaking and exciting segments including how to “do” scalloping, crabbing, wreck diving, treasure hunting, tarpon fishing, house boating, sandcastle building, mountain biking and more. The 13-show season begins June 4, 2011. Let’s get ready to rock the Sunshine State.
Sent out all the new Press Release info you sent us to help people know when to view the segments.
Can’t wait to see the segment on “how to do kayak fishing” and “how to do a clam bake” that was shot at CEDAR KEY, FLORIDA (Levy County).
Would love for you to come back to Levy County to shoot: “how to do watercolors with an elephant artist”; “how to do cave diving”; “how to do cemetery rubbings”; “how to do birdwatching in florida’s marshlands”; and “how to do sturgeon nettng”, to name a few.
All the best,
Carol
We were in Season 1 as JNB Horse Haven Farm, and enjoyed seeing your other trips too. We look forward to seeing about Florida in Season 2. Thank you for letting the people know about the “other Florida”. Sincerely, Marlene and Margaret Miller of Adopt A Horse Club.
Chad,
Great stuff…looking forward to Season 2!! Keep knocking it out of the park!
We, our family, have watched all the first season shows. We have been to the Fiddler Green Horse Ranch in Lake County several times for the day and have spent several nights in the vilas. The girls are planning to go to a week riding camp this summer in July. We have tent camped in the Ocala National Forest (Juniper, Salt and Alexander Springs) for years and didn’t know about the Fiddler Green until seeing it on your website.
We are looking forward to learning about kayaking this week. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Glad you like the show! The first episode is Wilderness Survival and Treasure Hunting. We have a canoe camping segment coming up later in the season.
Just finish trip down Peace River, water is low but the fossil are our treasures
Can’t wait to see the Cedar Key episode coming up soon!! Always looking for new places to kayak. fishing and kayaking sounds interesting!
having trouble finding the sand sculpting segment, shown on today’s show. Thanks,
R cowden
Rena we don’t put the shows on the site. We will be selling show on DVD and for download here soon. Thanks
We got hooked on your show this past summer. My daughter and I always look forwards to your newest episodes as we’ve done several of your treks. I’ve lived in Orlando for over 27 years and never done much of anything like your show presents. Now that I have my own kids, I want to get them out of the house to do things “outside” as I did as a kid “up north.” They are my fondest memories: being “outside” having fun. My daughter is 9 now and absolutely loves the things we do together outside. With your guidance and suggestions, we are creating our own memories for her to remember. I am hoping you all are not done w/the series; we just got hooked. Are you all going to have another season soon? By the way, I love Justin’s cooking segments and recipes…Please come back on again soon!
Respectfully,
William
