You know, we don’t have a corner on the “fun stuff to do in Florida” market. Have a great Florida story you’d like to share? We’d love to hear it. A hidden corner of Florida nobody else knows about? Please consider coming to Palatka located on the beautiful St Johns River. Great bass fishing, shrimping etc. Visit Ravine Gardens State Park developed as a park via a WPA project. Palatka is rich in history, Florida’s original tourist destination during the late 19th-early 20th century. You can also rent a houseboat in the area to tour the St. Johns River and it’s tributaries.

Ideas:
Join me on a “How to find fossil sharks, mammals and reptiles” trip in the Peace River or it’s tributaries. Join me wading neck deep in a Florida creek with a camera, or crawling along the ground to show people “how to photograph Florida Time Forgot” without being an expert. I say this because I am not a professional photographer. You could bring your motion camera and I could do the stills. Later you could insert your stills or stills from my “FloridaTimeForgot.com” site in case we don’t get great stuff on our trip.
